Return to Main Index Page
Dear Parents of Deployed,
Congressman Israel would like put together a Parents of Deployed hearing. The purpose of this hearing will be for the Congressman to listen to testimony of parents, wives or any family members (or actual reservists) who have experienced a violation of the Soldiers and Sailors Act, or feel that this act needs to have more protection for our service members. This will be a chance to have their concerns voiced and listened too. The Congressman will then take this testimony back to DC with him to push for changes in the ACT. July 30th at 1:00 p.m. with location is to be announced.

I just finished writing an article about a recent federal district court decision in a case involving the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act. I think it is a crucial decision EVERY financial institution should be aware of. - Mary Beth Guard
