Cpl. Kevin Hallinan with his sister, Shauna. Kevin has been activated and going to Iraq. Shauna is a Cadet at SUNY Maritime College, has completed the OCS 10 week program at Quantico and anticipates being commissioned a Marine officer upon completion of her degree.
